Campground Rules

A Dumpster is provided for Garbage Only.

All facilities can be used by campground tenants as a whole; private gatherings may be scheduled through the campground owners.

Campfires may be burned only in designated fireplaces on BAR-B-Q pits within the
recreation site area unless hazardous fire conditions require a prohibition of fire by the
town or campground owner. Never leave a campfire unattended. Do not move fire rings.

No washing or bathing of people, pets, cars, dishes, or equipment at any outdoor faucets.

The first week of June we are naming “Wash your RV week” as an exception to the above.

Campers may not in any way destroy the beauty of the campground.

Campers must park on his own site. Parking is allowed for one car only on a site at a
time. Additional cars and trucks are to be parked in designated areas by the lodge.

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Campers must clean the fire pits and general grounds surrounding their recreational site
after use.

In case of a fire or general emergency, the campground manager/owner is authorized to
move campers’ RV equipment without notice or liability.

Pets are to be kept on a leash and under control by their owner, or kept inside campers RV.
Camper is to “Clean up” after their pet. Under no circumstances may pets enter buildings or swimming pool area. Noisy or vicious pets are not allowed. If any animal is unruly, the camper must leave the campground with their pet. Please ask about walking areas. The following is a list of types of dogs that will NOT be Allowed on the campground due to insurance requirements: Rotweillers, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pincers, American Bull Dog, Boxer, Cane Corso, Chow, German Shepard, Staffordshire Terrier , Presa Canairos, Mastiff, Husky, Akita, Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian, or any combination thereof (mutts).

SPEED LIMIT ---- 5 MILES PER HOUR -----

Swimming is only allowed in the Pool when it’s open. Children 16 and under must be
accompanied and watched by a responsible adult at all times. No inflatable objects are
allowed. All campers and guests must sign in at the front desk before entering pool area.
One recreational vehicle per site. This includes tents.

Exterior lighting and clotheslines may only be hung from the recreational vehicle or
awning. String lights are to be placed under or on an awning. All outside lights should
be turned off when campers retire for the evening.

2 and 3 wheelers, trail bikes, ATV’s generators and snowmobiles are not permitted at
Pinecreek Campground without written approval from the owners.

Campers and guests can use the facilities at their own risk and Pinecreek is not responsible for the loss or damage to property of campers and/or guests.

Any camper or guest that willfully or through negligence defaces or destroys property or equipment of the campground, or that of another camper or guest, will be held liable for full value thereof.
Pinecreek campers have the privilege of sharing the campground with their guests under the following terms and conditions.
With management approval, the campers must be present in order for the guest to use the campground and the camper is responsible for the behavior of the guest.
There will be a $5.00 charge for each guest who stays at the camper’s RV site overnight.
Camper’s guests will pay $5.00 per person for facility use, per day.
No visitors will be admitted after 10:00 PM.
Day visitors must leave by 10:00 PM or their host will be charged $5.00 / person per night.
Recreational vehicle storage: Make arrangements with campground owner. Cost is
$200.00 per season. Campers must have their own insurance. Pinecreek Campground
is not responsible for RV or anything left in their RV’s.

Please observe site boundaries.

Alcoholic Beverages are restricted to sites ONLY. Legal Drinking Age is 21.
Minors must be at their sites by 10:00 PM. Children under 10 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult in all areas of the campground. Conduct, behavior and control of children are the parents’ responsibility.

No bicycles, ball playing, loitering or radios in the lodge, pavilion, or showers.

RV’s shall be kept clean and sites shall be kept neat without excess of accumulated items visible to other guests. Seasonal campers are responsible for the care of their own lawns.

On seasonal sites, there is to be absolutely no construction of decks, outbuildings or fences, or the installation of prefabricated sheds by the camper or others, without the submission of plans or drawings to the owner and his subsequent written approval.

Seasonal tenants shall not operate a private business on Pinecreek Campground property.

VIOLATION OF CAMPGROUND RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND !!!! NO ILLEGAL DRUGS WILL BE TOLERATED !!!
